The Idea
"Freedom, however, is not the last word. Freedom is only part of the story and half of the truth. Freedom is but the negative aspect of the whole phenomenon whose positive aspect is responsibleness. In fact, freedom is in danger of degenerating into mere arbitrariness unless it is lived in terms of responsibleness. That is why I recommend that the Statue of Liberty on the East Coast be supplemented by a Statue of Responsibility on the West Coast." - Viktor Frankl
The Sculptor
Gary Lee Price has been sculpting professionally for over 30 years and has supported a successful fine art business and foundry during those years. He credits his success to his mother who instilled in Gary the ability to express himself through art. Gary, a member of the National Sculpture Society, has been commissioned to create the 300 foot Statue of Responsibility, Viktor Frankl's vision from his book "Mans Search for Meaning."
How We Can Help
When we say we... we don't just mean us. We mean "we"... and that means you! It's actually really quite simple to help. You just have to act. Volunteer, give to the charity, or even just help spread the word. Everyone can do their part to make sure this project reaches it's full potential. It will be only through the cooperation and responsibility of the entire country that future generations will know the idea this statue represents.
Our Promise
At Symposium, we promise to stand behind the ideals of this project and it's founders. We will be donating 100% of the profits from our event to the Statue of Responsibility Foundation. We don't do this for tax reasons, we don't do this for publicity. We do this because someone has to... Someone needs to stand with these amazing people and say "We are here... and we won't let you down".
After all... it is the responsible thing to do.

The Proverbial "Bag of Chips!"

I come from 12 years in the retail banking industry...and I know more than the average Jill about credit and the reporting agencies. I sat thru my 1st Eric Counts class on Credit Repair and Management, and within 20 minutes I was blown away! I "thought" I knew a thing or three about credit... but this guy...is a credit genius. He is knowledgeable, he is real, and he is funny! He is that proverbial "Bag of Chips!"

Cynthia Calhoun - Atlanta, GA

They earn their bragging rights!

I had the pleasure of sitting and hearing Eric's credit seminar about at least four times in the last 3 and 1/2 years. Each and everytime I listened to his teachings i walk away with so much helpful information than the previous time. I am also a client of his Credit restoration company and words can not explain how his services has impacted my life tremendously. I was in a bad place credit wise for a period of time until I met Eric and his Nerds! They definitley earn thier bragging rights! Thank you so much Eric and your Nerds!

Amanda Robinson - New York, NY

I didn't know what I didn't know.

I didn't know what I didn't know about the credit system in our country until I attended one of Eric's training sessions. He knows the industry inside and out so can certainly provide the information, but he also speaks in layman's terms so that you can actually understand what he is saying. The fact that you enjoy yourself and have a few good laughs along the way, often at his willing expense, is just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend any program or training that Eric puts on, without hesitation.

Liz Lewis - Huntington Beach, CA

Why credit repair doesn't work?

It was very surprising when Eric started his presentation with "Why Credit Repair doesn't work". As he proceeded to explain how it doesn't work, what are the illegal practices some companies do, why do you have to do some things yourself, it all made sense. Then, of course, he explained what credit consists of and how to properly repair it. Besides, he is truly an expert, that knows and understands the applicable laws, and uses them to your advantage. His presentation skills are second to none, displaying confidence and mastery, with the finest sense of humor, while staying humble, and showing a sincere motivation to serve.

Ernesto Ramirez - Chicago, IL

They keep me on track.

I've now seen Eric Counts speak on multiple occasions and I always get great insight on how I can improve my business. After the most recent event I decided to hire his team to help me with both my personal and business credit and I'm seeing dramatic results. My personal credit has increased by over 100 points and I'm already to the stage of establishing trade lines for my business. His team has been with me every step of the way keeping me on track and informed about the entire process.
